4. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% value added tax.
- Service prices are “starting from” prices; the final cost is determined by the doctor after examination and approved by the patient before the procedure.
- Payment is made through a licensed payment gateway, and an electronic tax invoice is issued for every transaction.
5. Packages and Offers
- Each package has a validity period stated on its page and may be used by one person only.
- The doctor determines whether any procedure is suitable after assessment, and results vary from person to person.
- Offers cannot be combined with other coupons unless stated otherwise.
6. Store
We sell only products registered with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, and we do not sell prescription-only medicines through the website.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images and logos, is owned by or licensed to the Center and may not be copied without permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the city of Najran have jurisdiction over any dispute.
